[Around $1,500 USD] Help me with a PC Build - SyCorporate - Nov 8, 2017 It needs to have i7 ('K' so I can overclock later), and GTX 1080(or titan if possible) at least. I am willing to squeeze a couple hundred if I must but I need those in my build. Quote:What will you be doing with this PC? This will mainly be a hardcore gaming computer, I plan to add VR to it in the future, I will do light business/editing tasks on the side with photoshop for example. Quote:What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes? Around $1,500 USD Quote:When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy. I'm buying the parts THIS BLACK FRIDAY/Cyber Monday, I'll keep an eye out for deals, but I need a baseline of the prices and parts I want. Quote:What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? >>Intel i7 and GTX 1080 (or even 1080 ti)<< All the PC Parts and Windows 10 OS, any extra money will be for some nice RGB Lighting. Tower must have a nice tempered glass side and audio jacks/usb ports in the front, also access to a cd/dvd slot would be nice since I want to add that in the future. Quote:Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location? USA, NY, Yes I got access to Microcenter and I work at Best Buy Quote:If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated. I'm reusing normal old keyboard/mouse I got with my old computer (lenovo, logitech) Quote:Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU? I will like to overclock down the line. Quote:Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc) SSD is obviously needed, Overclocking capabilities, if there is anything else you'd like to add please feel free. Quote:Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components? Red/Black, I am completely in love with MSI color scheme and dragon logo, it looks so good. I need a decent size window on the side, I want to add RGB but I doubt my budget can afford it, so I'll add it down the line if possible (is it possible?). I'd like my color options to be flexible though, like I see some builds have RGB that changes between multiple colors, that looks nice too, I'd like my options to be open if I wanted to ever change in the future. Quote:Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference? Windows 10 will be needed, this will be my first PC Build and I am currently using a 7+ year old computer with Windows 7. It needs to have i7 ('K' so I can overclock later), and GTX 1080 at least. I am willing to squeeze a couple hundred if I must but I need those in my build. f you have to break the budget just show me how much it would cost, I'll see what I can do. If you can, will you please show me 2 builds with Ryzen 7 and with an Intel. I rather not buy a Ryzen just because: 1. Some games still aren't optimized for it 2. I don't want to have an AMD Motherboard and then in the future when I wanna upgrade intel becames a better option again and then I'll have the urge to go back to intel... I made a build but it breaks my budget big time, I am trying to find deals online to lower it, but its difficult...
