Stuck between 4K UHD and FHD - Ariaa - Nov 10, 2017
YouSo I'm considering getting a new dell laptop and I'm stuck between the XPS 15 FHD, UHD, and the New Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming. They are all basically maxed except for the Inspiron having a 1060 with 6gb compared to a 1050i 4gb in both XPS. My real question is whether the 4K is really worth it.

It depends what you will be using the laptop for. If you are mostly gaming, it's not worth it since you can't play in 4k anyways. For multimedia, it's absolutely worth an extra $100 or so in my opinion. I love my 4k display on my laptop when watching videos on it.
