Even though im.not a upgraded member I think the section should be for everyone but only upgraded members can post into it. If its a free for all it will get really messy.

Making unfounded assumptions is not a smart thing to do.

Keep one of them running while the other one you do all of the updates (off-line), fixing and other things that needs to be done.

Also, it's cool seeing the section back. Lots of people saying crap but there are some cool ideas that come up.
