Unfortunately any and all forms of Marijuana are illegal in my state, so would like to cultivate a nice little harvest and get away with it.

Depends what defines "getting away with it".
I wouldn't rape someone if they had to live with the horrible effects and I with the guilt of it.
However, if they have no recollection of it and I don't have to get any sort of fight (as in, consensual to a point), then it would be something worth considering. I still don't think I would ever be able to force somebody to have sex with me no matter what the situation is, jailtime should not be a prime motivator for anyone to not commit rape or any other crime for that matter.
A victimless crime such as robbing a bank (which basically takes money from the government in the end, at the small cost of a fraction of tax payers money), would be worth it; possibly.
