Hello HF members , i am a noob and i could use your help.
The professor at my university has a user's site that he posts his info and publications the link is "something"/something/index.html .
From time to time he has given certain links to his notes like "something"/"something"/Emfield.pdf .Is there a way for me to see what other files are there?

Try to open the /something folder in the browser and hope it displays the directory listing. If it doesn't you can try build a scraper that saves all links with a .pdf extension for example.

Thank you very much .The first thing you said didn't work but i am going to try a scraper ,either something like scrapy or build my own as you said (i will learn more this way). If you have something to suggest ,please do .

Try using https://www.httrack.com/ man, it will download every file on the server.
