Possible to control android device with Linux commands? - Nanyabizniz. - Dec 5, 2017

Hi,

I was wondering something about Android mobile OS. I know that you can control Android devices with Linux commands. But you can not control an Android device remotely. So I don't have any control of this device and it's apps. But would it be possible to control these apps with Linux commands? Like pressing buttons within these apps or type data in these apps. I have done my homework about the basiss but cant find answer for this.

Thank you

Terminal Manager lets you manage your phone with linux commands, but I do not think you can use commands to control the application. It's like you can not command your graphical program in the cmd windows.
Hope to help you, if I said wrong, please advise

Kali Linux would be exactly that. They have many tools that you could use command prompt to take over another phone. Unfortunately not the most user-friendly if you are not used to some of the tools

Only a handful of software that supports the command line can do so. But most android software does not support.

If you want to control other's phone you can use make back-door in apk.
There are many softwares to help you achieve this, such as metasploit.
