Does anyone out there still care about the HF News?
Please let me know.

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - Mαxim - Dec 6, 2017

Memo - I think that it's a bit meh until there's a proper team behind the HF news again. That requires a group perhaps.
Good job Froggy.

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - Biggy - Dec 6, 2017

Froggy always stepping up to take care of the news!

Good job as always girl.

Memo response:

I do! I enjoy the read every week.

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - test - Dec 6, 2017

Great work Froggy. Seems like HF News would die out if you stopped working on it. In response to the memo - I care mostly about the User/Group news mostly. It's a great way to catch up on everything that's happened over the week in regards to specific users and groups.

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - Biggy - Dec 6, 2017

I actually have a suggestion for the news to see if you guys would be open to it:

A lot of the time, I find myself reading the "Weekly News Reports" to see what happens during the week rather than the actual News Thread, which I already know what happens. (Granted, I still do read both). I'm sure I'm not the only one that does that.

I know it's been the same for a long time, but what if if you made news reports in like, a drop box system where they only get reported to the news team? That way, people have the news to look forward to without any spoilers.

Just a suggestion to bring some hype to the news each week.

Sounds really cool!

Would be cool. But things might get reported multiple times then. If i understood your suggestion correct.

First time reading the news since I'm back, very impressive just like years before.

Good job, Froggy!

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - Lukas - Dec 6, 2017

We all still love the weekly news, it's just that some people seem less motivated to work on it than prior to the update and removal of Writers.

Yeah, that would be the only slight issue, but I'm sure the news team would be able to easily cipher through the submissions and determine which are multiple reports and which aren't.

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - Deany - Dec 6, 2017

Wow I can't believe Japanese and Tsundere got their own weeb group ❓

RE: Hack Forums News // Edition 372 - Kill Joy - Dec 6, 2017

I like the news to recap on what has happened as I don’t stray away from the crypto boards very often.
