I needed btc so I posted on few currency exchange threads
I received a msg from Invex, he asked me to sent money to his paypal
I tried to send money via My paypal, it din allow me to send money, so I asked him to request money
when I tried to send payment for request, it got rejected by paypal and enquired my cc they told to me to wait 4 hrs,
I asked Invex do you accept any other payments
Then Invex send me the buy link of selly, I made a purchase as he told
After that Invex din't send any btc till now and ignoring my messages, I have send more than 10 messages

Update:
Invex had my money and btc
He replied only after I raise the dispute here (after 1 day) but not agreed to give my btc / paypal
When I raised the dispute with paypal instead of returning my money he argued, he delivered it as digital product in paypal dispute messages (Anyone need proof pm me)
This clearly shows he tried to scam me!
I proved to paypal the product is not available as digital !
He lose the argument, the dispute made to my favor.
I think I will get money this week
