$25 card doesn't even work, it was refunded by the original owner.
I mistakenly didn't check specifics into his reputation until after I had already sent the coin, since I was in a rush needing to get items for an event I'm hosting, I wasn't thinking clearly.
How does somebody have so many open scam reports yet they're still not banned, I do not understand?

Oh. I just figured out that you can look just at peoples negative rep. I was under the impression you had to scroll through like a hundred pages to see them all.
