Idk for some reason it should be allowed unless it's Black hat.

Phishing is black-hat because is dabbles in the art of stealing personal information much more than just passwords. Bank account credentials, credit card credentials, etc.
Therefor, Omni will more than likely reject this idea, again.

You have clearly read the rule in place, so why post about it?
