My Spotify was premium for about 24 hours, I contacted tefco to replace (as per his TOS) 3 separate times now without any action taken.
I will post screenshots of the PMs in question, but he did not use the REPLY button so some of them are out of order. According to my tracking, he has read all of my PMs regarding my service no longer being premium.
I would like a refund, or a replacement of service please.

This isn't at all about a refund, it's $6 bucks.
This is about sellers offering bullshit like "lifetime warranty" and then never delivering.
