Yesterday I signed a contract which concludes that I will have my own apartment in mid 2018.
It's currently being built hence why I won't move in directly.

It is! The rent is between 400 and 500 euros a month.

I'm living in the Netherlands too but for 400/500 a month where i live you will get a room with shared kitchen lol.. Im paying a shitton of rent for my house here
