I know one hacker using cheat from new account and i did report but he wasnt using aimbot but maybe he was using some kind of undetect cheat so my question is is there any way i can get him be banned ?

Nope, Not unless he was going suuuper obvious, then you can reportbot him.

If the report bot you used didn't ban him then there's only to hope his cheat get caught at some point :)
