Someone should remake this simple(?) Chrome extension. - Fυcĸleѕѕ - Dec 17, 2017

I use this extension called Floating For YouTube. Basically it accepts a link and then displays a YouTube video in a variable window size. All of the settings controls are available, and there's a setting called "Always On Top" which keeps the window on top of all other windows. I usually use this for the news and it's great.

The problem is it hasn't been updated in a long time. I can't imagine it would be too hard to recreate this. There are a few things I wish this version had:

-The ability to have multiple videos playing
-The ability to change the transparency of the video
-The ability to shuffle through a playlist and select the next video to play

Anyone think they could do this pretty easily?  😁

When was the last time it was updated? Seems rather useful.

I don't really see this useful tbh. At what point would you really want 2 videos playing? I don't see a point in changing the transparency neither.

If the video covers some text?

Pretty sure the uploader would see that before they upload unless they're retarded.

Does it need an update tho? If it works, why fix it?

This looks sweet, if anyone would remake this or update it I am sure that it would be very popular.

Then what needs to be updated about it if it works?

Why do we update anything that already works?

Just out of curiosity, should not this be in one of the subforums of Website Construction?

I feel like OP wants features that it currently doesnt have it and the dev doesn't feel the same way.
