Prestige Formula Change - Omniscient - Dec 23, 2017
I've altered the Prestige formula to include threadnum column which is the number of threads you have created. So now you'll earn more prestige for starting discussion than for just posts.
The entire equation formula was changed and I don't make it public. I know a few members like to figure out the formula so good luck to them.
I will give one hint.
Formula is:
$prestige = floor($reppower + $postpower + $threadpower + $timepower + $awwardspower);

It's used as a restriction parameter in some forum section. You might have enough Prestige where it doesn't matter. I may need to think of some perks to Prestige once certain levels are met. :)

I don’t see a change in my current prestige. Will it affect the prestige for the threads we create from now onwards?
I would have figured out the formula but i aint good with maths.

It may not appear to have changed much but it was changed. And Prestige is a dynamic number that's adjusted and displayed based on current stats.

My prestige decreased. Great. It's not like I had too much but its okay. Gonna try to make it above 500 for completing 5 years on HF.

Seems like a good update, is there going to be any new features eventually requiring certain prestige?
