Why is pscan.xyz gone? And what website should i use to scan my crypted rats?

Use a VM with whatever AV you are planning on going against, also make sure it is update to the same level as a target and disconnected from the internet at least 5 minutes before that scan.
Check sha256sum values as well.

there is none all free scanner not working.
