I dont think thats it, because it says "approval code" and they say i can get it by calling my bank some how, and i did but they didnt know anything

Dude, just go in your transaction history. And for the code, it is in your account statement record. Check your credit card statement.

checked that too, its not there, just says nothing

Check what the merchant is listed as in your statements/transaction history. The code is probably a part of the merchant name.

If you do online banking check there, if you don't do online banking then start doing it.
