Hello, i sold something here on HF forums for 12 USD for an user here.
He paid me 12 USD on btc but the transaction is still pending since 6 days.
I'm new in BTC and people told me that if he put low fees on the transaction its probablly that the transaction never finish pending and after a week he will have his money returned.
Shuld i create a dispute or something for that user?

If he put low fees on it, it'll just take FOREVER to process. Possibly even a few weeks because of how heavily congested the network is.

I've had pending transactions for weeks lol. Dw this is normal, he probably sent with a low fee

That transaction is going to take forever to confirm since he sent with $1~ fee.
Tell him to pay for acceleration service or something

But my questions is this one.
Few people told me that the money will be sent back to him after few weeks becouse of low fee.
Is this true? i mean, im not in a rush for money, i just want to know if some day in the future i will get the money, or if its true that money will be refunded to him after a while.
I tried to send him a PM here on the forums but he disabled PMS, and i tried to find skype or something buy he never gave skype, allways tell users to comunicate via PM.
