I have a list of usernames that I'd like to brute force along with a password list. The issue is that I had to configure the site such that after every 5 attempts the account gets locked for 5 minutes. I don't have access to anything but the usernames of the account s.

U can not bruteforce offline only with usernames. If you had the hashes of the password and you try to crack them, it is another thing. But like that u can not do anything.

I could give the hashes to myself but that would kind of defeat the purpose of my initial request. Anyways if I were to brute force the hashes against the usernames how would I go about doing that? I appreciate the reply.

are you required to have the hashes for both programs?
