Batman vs Captain America - Present - Jan 6, 2018
I don't know where to post this, so I guess this is probably the right place.
I have an instagram page where I follow all these comic fan pages, shit like that. A lot of people do battles, which is actually fun, going to the comments and just rejecting the shit out of fanboys. But this one got me. There are like a ton of batman v cap posts.
When I go to the comments for these, to my surprise, almost everyone is voting for captain america. I don't see how someone whose physical strength is merely above physical peak, and whose other components (agility, durability, etc...) are enhanced to peak human conditioning, can beat batman. Batman has feats greater than him. Captain America's physical srength is OP af, ok. Captain america has also mastered a few martial art types and has vast knowledge of pressure points. Captain America can also 'see faster' allowing him to dodge bullets point blank. He can also go against quicksilver.
Now let's move onto batman. His physical strength. He was once trapped in a bulletproof glass wall where he was poisoned and nearly died, he punched his way out of the glass wall which is incredible. Now batman at his lowest can beat the speed of a bullet, imagine when he's having a bad day and he isn't poisoned. Now batman's other fitness components including his strength are said to be in peak human conditioning. Batman has godly stealth, he broke into area 51 and area 52 without being detected or anyone noticing. His reflexes I'd say are better than Captain america's, he is capable of dodging darkseid's omega beams. Batman has also defeated the reverse flash and the flash. I heard someone tell me that once ras al ghul put batman to the test. He surrounded batman with his ninjas and told them to shoot at him, he dodged and deflected every single bullet shot. Ghul took this to another level and blindfolded the bat, he used his hearing to dodge the bullets and he did, every single one of them. This one worried ghul, ghul now blindfolded batman and put something on his hears that wouldn't allow him to hear. So basically he is deaf and blind and has his senses to rely on. Ghul orders one of his men to fire a bullet at batman's forehead, once fired, ghul dashes to the scene and tries to slice the bullet (as he is worried). In the last second, when the bullet reaches batman's face/head, batman manages to dodge it. Tell me that isn't impressive.
Personally, I know batman will win. I think cap is looked upon so dearly because of his success in the cinematic universe.
