so say hypothetically i may or may not be trying to boot on cod ww2. However, when i pull ips with cain and abel once im in game i get a shit load of ips other than just the people in my game

Ive used it before just on xbox 360 i never pulled this many ips in a game it be like a server ip and the rest are players

I don't think anyone uses Cain and Abel these days.. If it's console, run Lanc or Console Sniffer. I don't think you should hit kids off on xbox. You don't need to learn how to DDoS for that purpose.
