Add a Fortnite/EpicGames Subsection - SIM-2501407 - Jan 14, 2018

This is very straightforward. Hackforums needs to always be up to date on the newest trends. To keep up to date, HackForums needs to add a section for EpicGames, specifically Fortnite.

I do not think think an explanation is needed about this game, but here is a quick Q&A.

What is Fortnite?
It is a Battle Royale game that is very similar to PUBG.

How much is Fortnite?
Unlike PUBG, the game is 100% free.

What platforms is this game on?
XB1, PC, & PS4

Now, Omniscient, this is probably what you care about right here...
How many users are active on Fortnite?

Currently, there is no section for this topic. The game is growing exponentially as EpicGames is constantly updating their game which is entirely free. Having an open discussion on the game will bring this community together more, and will invite more new people to join the forum.

With good SEO of Fortnite, it will drive more people to the forum.

I guarantee it'd be a lot more popular than Halo's Subsection.

I said this in another thread (before some nerd copied me and then got recognition for it smh) and I will say it here. There should be a combined section for all related games. This would include games like H1Z1: KOTK, PUBG, and Fortnite. Alone each of these games may struggle to be active but together I think it would prove more active than even the Minecraft section for example (which seems to be slowly dying).

This should definitely be added.

It's growing fast as hell.
Only negative thing about the game is the downtime when they maintenance the servers. (Yesterday they were down for 11-12 hours)

Willing to bet that this kind of game is a temporary phase. It may be popular now but I don't see it being nearly as active as any of the other gaming sections for an extended period of time. If the section would be temporary then by all means go on with it.
