Fixed.
The cheat was sold in china before being shutdown, owner is no longer selling there.

Did some analysis on the file provided for a vouch (coded in c++, used snowman decompiler and binary ninja to check out this file).
Infected with a bunch of garbage.
Even on initial launch of the file it had "melt" feature right away.
I understand the nature of the product could come up with some false positives but this was definitely not clean.
