Looks great, lovely contribution to the forum! I'm sure some members refrain from taking the contact because of they'll share personal details, maybe even weaknesses with people they don't know. Does the members in the group have any rules of conduct when helping people on the forum? Could be problems like acting unprofessionally, sharing the user's personal details with others etc

All members are fully aware that everything talked about with a certain user in PM is confidential. There will be consequences if anyone does so but I don't see that happening with any of the members on my team.
