So I am looking to host a botnet / loader, but I don't know where to host it.
Where would it be better to host one?
On the BulletProof VPS or hosting which allows botnets?
Any suggestions?

There is tons of known hosting companys which doesnt care about botnets, search option maybe tell more than thousand words.
Also always use VPS/Dedicated for host.

openleaf limits connections per second, I can vouch for area6 not suspending botnets

Hosting on digital ocean is a brain dead idea and in short you get what you pay for.

i dont think i can recommend it to any member to use it openleaf not have good support may be they will only reply when my plan finish since i only pay for what i did not use no reply from support and you want to recommend it to member bad service

Look for something foreign, they won't give a flying item about botnets.
VPS are pretty great but if you're planning on making it a little more serious for the bigger nets, search for dedicated hosting.
