Confusing Member List User Search Box - Targus - Feb 3, 2018 The username search options under the Member List page is really confusing to deal with. Suppose I search for username Xerotic, I get two results directly shown I get the list of members shown directly through a dropdown box, great.. I click on the user that I want to see, and I expect the search button to take me to the selected user's profile page. But no, it takes me to the search page that is relevant to the user I selected in terms of username characters. If the search engine wants to show me the results found in a page, then what's the point of showing the results in a dropdown box? I find this quite confusing and unnecessary. RE: Confusing Member List User Search Box - Omniscient - Feb 3, 2018 Yeah, that new javascript function MyBB uses totally sucks in comparison to the old version. I fucking hate it along with just about every other "upgrade" MyBB added to 1.8x. Unfortunately this is where we are at and for a time may be forced to accept this new bullshit. I am working with the MyBB team to report bugs and hopefully improve the software.
