sooo.. I checked the list of userscripts but I couldn't find anything on this.
Has this been made? if not, why not?

HFX has user tagging which will send the quoted user a PM.

I have tried out some MyBB notification plugins, all are pretty much in bad shape. None that works with ease. Seems like the only option to have something official is to have one made.

i remember reading something about this. iirc someone said you'd have to continuously load every page of every thread for this to work.
