Hello everyone,

So I initially contacted T.W.S in order to get a software idea I had developed. I called him up on Skype and we had a voice chat and everything seemed to be good. I was then researching his reputation and his past work and saw a few alarming things and the things he was saying just weren't adding up.

He told me he had other projects but they weren't a priority and and he could take however long he wanted because he was being paid tons of money?

So it got me thinking about him, if he's saying that to me about other people he's probably saying that to everyone and just trying to collect as much money as possible.

Anyways, the next morning I asked to cancel the project and he initially said he already started working on it so I told him a partial refund was fine.

I then asked him to see screenshots of what he'd done so far and finally he sent me this

I then asked to see a screenshot of the interface and he said he'd send me a GIF of it extracting data, I waited two days and he came up with all these crazy exuses like he was living in a motel, he was at work etc.

Yet he was online HF 24/7 browsing around trying to find more people to scam.

He still hasn't sent me anything other then that screenshot which isn't even from my program, as my program had nothing to do with stocks and if you look closely it says "ERR" which stand for Econimic rate of return. The software was suppose to extract information from yelp, what does that have to do with a stock program? So basically he sent me a screenshot from some random program he probably found online.

After going over the entire chat log provided in the 'counter' CA I can almost say for certain Tyler got screwed over by a very un-proffesional user. I hope you get your money back dude, I hate people like this.

he did not get screwed over and thats not the entire chat log theres more to it. theres a limitation. he got 15 of it back via bitcoin earlyer today. as a good faith gesture and he still posts a scam report. who is the childish unprofessional one now and for your information he only posted this after i posted the community alert. i came clean first not him so this just proves others are as dull minded as him.

That sucks. Assuming that this is C# (telling from the screenshot), you could get an independent/neutral C# developer to check the code out. I could do it for you if you want.
Unless I'm mistaken, you had contacted me about this before? Or was it another project?

Yeah a partial refund isn't going to fly. You sent me screenshots for some program related to the stock market? What does extracting business data from yelp have to do with the stock market?

At this point you've wasted like 2 hours of my time that I could've spent working with my clients. If we want to go off of how much 2 hours of my time is worth that'd be another $60

I just want the amount I sent you though and this will be the last time I do business with any member that doesn't have an established reputation in whatever service they're offering.

Definition of rendered = provide or give (a service, help, etc.).

You've done none of that and not only did you not "render" anything you didn't even show me any screenshots of the application you supposedly had done.

I sent u a screen shot of code pertaining to an old yelp scraper i helped a friend work on just to passify you to get the time to finish it you want proof ill get your proof but your not getting a full refund nor are you getting a 60 now who is trying to scam who and strong arm who you got 35 dollars across bitcoin and paypal thats all your getting. ill be posting proof once i calm down from dealing with your level of childish immature drama.
