There is no such thing anymore... Chrome doesn't even support Java. You can still use Java with Chrome but 99% of the users does not have it enabled.

java drive bys are outdated and not working anymore, your best bet is to spread manually, and java rats are garbage, unless youre trying to infect mac/linux..

OP only way it works is within corporate.. I still see maybe 1/2 my engagements they have Java and use IE.. for home users you may as well give up unless they specifically allow it and you have code signing certs then it's not worth it .
