Mentors Moderate General Topics - Omniscient - Feb 18, 2018
General Topics
All those forums are now moderated by the Mentor group. They have access to reported posts and each can provide up to 3 warnings per day. This will help reduce LQP and ensure the quality of the section continues to increase.
Hopefully all will go well and more sections will be granted to Mentors for moderation.
Thank you.

Hell yeah. Glad to see mentors granted additional power!

Do you list the members of the Mentors user group?

Sounds good, should help clear up the low quality posting, I'll continue to report posts I see in there as well to help make the job easier.
Thanks for the updates, Omni.

Thank you Omni, we will make sure to keep the sections clean.

That's a great addition to the site Omni, LQP will certainly be reduced. I've really noticed a lot of activity in the Mentor usergroup since they were added back and I'm hoping this will continue.
🙂

For the most part they can be found here, on the right hand side under the title, "All Members."
Best of luck. 🤝
OT: That's pretty swell. They were moderators of places like The Lounge too before their removal, right?
And yes, I can see that some Mentors have already given out Warnings via the logs. Very nice. ✌

That page should be fully up to date. We've been working to get all the new additions up as quickly as possible.
Glad to see Mentors can now help control The Lounge.

I’m really happy on how the lounge is so active now...
Really stoked on the new improvements as well.

Definitely a good idea. I was actually just speaking to Divined about creating a group that moderates these areas to report posts and threads. I am sure this will take care of all of that now.

Happy to see that Mods got power and can limit the low quality posts by warning
