In the previous tests i did, softwares 'Paid ones' doesn't recover all the files .

This actually has been posted in the wrong section...
i personally have found Testdisk which is open source one of the best data recovery tools it can do alsorts of magic to recover your data.

If your using windows try something like Recuva or diskdigger
RECUVA https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva
DISK DIGGER https://diskdigger.org/
