Hey there. I heard some users uses Photoshop and some Illustrator for doing Website layouts. I also heard Illustrator would be better because of the vectors if it comes to responive websites.

"For me Illustrator hands down but you can do almost anything you want with Photoshop and if you can't afford the full creative cloud package then I recommend you try to find enough money for Photoshop CC."

Illustrator curves using pencil, and would be easier with a mouse im pretty sure. But I prefer photoshop for more click point items.
