Lets say i got all Customer Data from Company A (Like OnlineShop) and i would like to sell them to Company B/C/D/etc. Could it work? How should i try it?

Corporate Espionage well I have seen it go all sorts of ways, like from the other company will contact the authorities to they readily accept the information. It really depends on what you got as well just umm customer data a company meh .. wouldn't really be umm profitable to them. What would they do? Lower prices and take customers ? Customer data is not too great to a company as other things are.
If it was me I'd just delete it and not deal with all the trouble or possible trouble.

Try to find the company which wants them to be hacked and sell them the info.It worked for me many times.
