Willing to pay whatever for the safest possible bot and scripts. What would you guys recommend? Not worried about the price of the bot and scripts.
Also what is this i hear about getting a custom platform anti-ban and such? Who provides that type of service?
Any input would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like you dont want to lose the account so I recommend you dont bot on it. They are very good these days with catching bots

I definitely don't want to lose the account. I guess it's still just as bad with cracking down on bots?

can they tell your botting just by using the software? ican they still tell if you use a bot but you just sit there and while it goes and watch the screen on and off?

Best paid bot, there is none, its all your preference. Rune-Mate / Dreambot / Tri-bot is what I would recommend. I've done Runemate (before it was super buggy) and made several F2P Pure accounts with it maxing around 70 strength with 1 account with hardly any breaks.
Dreambot - I managed to bot 90 strength and stopped, used a free edgeville script / paid crabs one.
Tri-bot enables you to record your mouse data and go based off that you can look into it.

Mirror mode - Complete junk, don't bother with it, as it don't make a difference when it comes to botting. Dreambot offers the same "convert" mode, but I never saw a difference.

Custom platform - Meaning you load data from RS and its potentially like your own bot, if you're doing this i'd recommend doing Reflection, Injection if the user you're having develop it is smart enough to hide processes from it injecting into the game.
With this, you can have your OWN anti-ban (simulating off screen clicks, random generated paths based off your mouse pattern, global stuff (detecting mods and what not), ALL kinds of options. Who provides such a service? Anyone who is fluent in Java thats not a tard.

One thing I suggest if you want to automate small things is Pulovers macro creator. I have used it to record myself fletching for 15 minutes then made it line up well and ran it for 2 hours or so to get some fletching XP It was really only to test it but I felt very safe doing that as well if I were to get banned it would most likely only be a minor

I would recommend not using auto clickers or macro creators. This is one of the easiest ways to get detected as a botter because you litterally have no antiban

Auto clicked Magic to 94, no bans did it for 12 hours a day, (6 hour logout timer) @ 1.678 seconds. No ban.

I always auto click NMZ and Magic. I never gotten banned like ever on any of the accounts I did it on

When I was younger I botted on my ex-main for 15mins doing Herblore from Lvl 1 to 20 as I had to go to the supermarket, and got banned.
Stupid mistake, lesson learned, botting no more
