Description
Went to purchase his pubg hack watched a screen share all looked good. I then sent him the funds and he states he received them and was building my copy of the cheat. He hasnt responded since then 2 days ago skype shows him active within the last 10 hours.

that's why i'm confused. I was waiting on making a dispute because sometimes things happen. But I don't want someone else to get scammed as well.

He has been offline last couple days, i'm assuming something happened irl. I've reached back out to him on Skype now that he is online again. Will update when I receive a response hopefully we can close this out.

Seems deal was made before contract system available.
So, maybe OP should pm any Staff to ask how to resolved this.
