We have a live chat on our thread which we use to deal and we confirm everyone on HF just in case (Stupid me deleted the PM). Here is our conversation and you can
see all of timestamps in the Live Chat. I'll just post the pictures that I have that don't reveal is personal information and he did receive all the gold he paid for and this isn't hopefully a fraud if it is well he probably won't being have a good time soon.

As much as I want to right now I still have morals that I follow and even though this dude royally screwed me I can't do that to him unless he does screw me over more than all hell will break loose.

Yeah he pays what he owes, I'll put myself on the line for that one, I paid twice in error, and he refunded the excess, and I've done several paypal transactions with Artic. I've had no problems using his services.
