If you could create any chrome extension - Skidy - Mar 13, 2018
I want to build an extension for Chrome for fun, I like to do different things in my spare time to unwind and want build a little chrome extension that I can call mine.
If you could have ANY extension, what would it be any why?
So far I was thinking:
VPN - A simple, easy to use VPN
Converter - Convert all USD to GBP (or other prices) on the page to make things such as trading Crypto-currencies's easier when it only shows dollars.
Random Photo + Sites - Just shows random photos and websites.
Site Safe - Tells you if a website is safe to use (not a phishing site or something)
I am accepting all ideas!

I am trying to think of something really unusual, I have no idea really. You got any ideas? I want it to be weird but for at least 1 person to use it

I am not doing it for that genre, but making a "Who is this" extension where you can screenshot any persons face (celebrities, politicians and it shows their name and a little description) will be cool.

How would one monetize a chrome extension though (without getting them to actually pay)? Shove an ad in it?

Yeah, shove an ad in it. Just like I'll be using the extension to see who is having something shoved in them.
