I didn't completed full session but I think it works little bit, ofcource it can't remove your memory but it makes your mind calm and relax and once you see any video etc..it feels like fresh thing to you.

I didn't finished it as well but i really felt relaxed after over 5minutes. It's so relaxing i guess i'll listen to it when i'm stressed out.

I already have poor memory due to trauma so don't really need the app but i had a listen and this guy is so relaxing. No idea if it works or not but i enjoyed it anyway.
