1-hey everyone i have just quick question.i dealt with someone in the past,we started a kind of business but things didn't worked out well and right now that guy leaved a rep

is he allowed to leave a rep like this ? since i didn't scammed him.business didn't worked out thats all.
2-is he allowed to open a second account if he lost the old one ?(i guess not but i just wanna be sure before go to omni)

That rep is invalid. He cannot make a new account because he lost the other one just like that.
Just link this thread to Omniscient in the PM together with a profile link. Let him investigate his previous account.
