Since you provided a download, it is fine, but next time when you post source code of a form class, you might either want to include a screenshot of the form with the names of the controls, or name the controls something very descriptive. Because if I read the code, I see controls named ListBox1 and ListBox2, and I have to guess from the rest of the code what these are for.

Take a look at Web Requests and remove the overhead the web control brings this will improve performance greatly (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/network-programming/how-to-request-data-using-the-webrequest-class).

Why in the catch block do you invoke start (Timer.Start) before then invoking stop?
