I have created this thread specifically for new members to understand the current rules and regulations of our warning policy.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this thread; post below or send me a PM. I'll be more than happy to answer them for you.

For better understanding of the current rules listed in the Help Documents, click the image below or locate it on the navbar:

If a user is having trouble understanding site policy or disobeying them; simply redirect them with the famous help quote;
"We recommend you take the time to read the HF Help Documents section. The answer to your questions should be contained in there."

Note: Writing out the 'help' code doesn't apply to the 25 character limit, so be a little specific when appointing a user to the HD. It's always better for members to understand the current rules, instead of overlooking them.

Questions & Answers

Q: Where is the report button?
A: The report button can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the users' post/thread.

Q: What if the reason isn't on the drop down list?
A: Either contact a staff member, send them a PM & provide them with the users' profile and the reasoning for reporting them or click on the "report" option as shown above and select "Other" to describe the issue.

Q: How do I report a members profile?
A: Find the most recent post, and select "Profile Violation" when clicking on report. You may also report it directly to a staff member if needed.

Warning Points

Here you can find the list of warnings, how many points they're worth and the duration of each warning.

Adult Content (+15 points) - 1 Month
Advertising Competing Site (+50 points) - 1 Month
Contract Violation (+25 points) - 1 Month
Disallowed Blackhat Activity (+20 points) - 2 Months
Flaming, Threatening, or Harassing (+15 points) - 1 Month
Infected Links or Infecting Members (+25 points) - 1 Month
Leaking, Copyright, or Leeching (+20 points) - 1 Month
Marketplace Violation (+10 points) - 1 Month
Nonsense (+10 points) - 2 Weeks
Out of Marketplace (+50 points) - 1 Month
Posting Etiquette (+20 points) - 1 Month
Posting Personal Data (+10 points) - 1 Week
Profile Violation (+10 points) - 1 Week
Reputation Violation (+30 points) - 2 Months
Vouch Begging (+10 points) - 1 Week
Warez, Keys, Serials, Rips or Cracks (+20 points) - 1 Month

25% warning disables your post feature for one day, starting from the time you've received the warning.

50% warning disables your post feature for one week, starting from the time you've received the warning.

75% warning disables your post feature for one month, starting from the time you've received the warning.

100% warning will automatically ban you for three months.

Good good, great to hear. These threads are better than having it all in the Help Docs since details are updated here and there.

Shouldn't they be using this option then?

Anything related to Discord is a 50% warning level, not sure what time period.

There's no option to give a +50 warning for me. It falls under:
"Advertising Competing Site (+25 points) - 6 Months"

Never seen a +50 tbh

A user where I talked to got a +50 warning level for advertising a discord username.

FYI some recent changes.

Added 25% warning level to be 1 day post suspension
50% warning level is now 1 week post suspension
75% warning level is 1 month post suspension
100% warning level is 3 month ban

Also I added an Out of Marketetplace warning which is a 50% warning level with a 1 month expiration.
