HTML5 email opt-in form that saves to local db? - Honeybun - Mar 29, 2018

Looking to configure an email opt-in that looks sleek but saves locally. Anybody got something like this?

What? Locally as in save the email to a database? Make a popup and post the email to a PHP file that saves it. I doubt anyone has a premade script sitting around that does exactly this. It should take like 30m in addition to designing it. Not too hard.
