I thought I had bigger gains on left leg LOL so I ignored the issue
Now my left leg ankle area got so big that its obvious to me its swollen, probably because of circulation problem
Could it be because I eat too much? What should I do?I need help. now my leflt leg ankle area is couple centimeters bigger in circuit than my right leg and it grows by couple cm per each night
I need help!

Are you taking any supplements? And, do you have any clothing that is tight around that area?
