Instagram account keeps getting disabled why? Im not botting it - Shef - Mar 31, 2018
Im using an instagram account to get traffic to my ewhore snapchat and it works but the accounts always last no more then like 3 days they get disabled so quick i dont understand. im not botting them im just manually liking posts but i like a lot cuz im trying to grow fast but why is ig banning me i dont understand lol. should i try a proxy or something?

Instagram has a limit to liking posts. Once you reached the limit, you will need to have a cool-down for about a few hours to a full day to be able to start liking more posts.

but the account isnt on cooldown like its actually GONE!

Instagram doesn't like when multiple accounts share the same phone number. This could be why your problem persists. I know this from very recent experience.

It works the same with IP addresses.
Let the accounts sit for like 2 weeks prior to doing shit with them. Make sure to also post a lot and do stuff besides just liking them.

What you need to do is contact them and tell them someone hacked into your account and spammed liked abunch of pictures and they will unban it for you.

I bet they didn't like your profile image. I heard that they start to ban faster if they see a female profile image + proxy
