Need Suggestions: FREE GUI Framework w/ IDE - Brofist - Apr 1, 2018

Hello, I would like to start a thread for newcomers about what GUI framework they should use.

For me, I like my GUI framework to have it's own IDE, so that I do not have to spend time integrating the framework into an IDE.
The first couple options that come to mind are QT and C++ Builder. C++ Builder is not free, so this is not a valid suggestion. QT is a great option especially having it's great auto layout manager.

I want to hear suggestions that have a good layout manager.
The suggestions MUST be an UN-Managed C++ solution.

I do not want to hear people saying Win Forms because that requires whatever user running the application to have .NET.

Suggestions are very much appreciated for me to try something new and for other newcomers.
Thanks!

I use ResEdit to design the general layout of whatever GUI I happen to be creating at the time, then I export it to C code (conforming to the Windows API).
