I've seen a lot of people hating on Initial D lately. Sure it's "oh wow drive animu big drift so kool." But I really do like it.
It's actually a really good anime, and has an amazing soundtrack.
What does HF think of Initial D?

Initial D is hype all around. the soundtrack is GOAT. if you don't mind older animation style watch it.

Fun fact, Initial D was my first ever anime I watched. I borrowed the DVDs from the library near me—I was into cars—I really enjoyed it but I never considered it an Anime as I was only a child.
It was great, I use to go back there every week to get the next season.

The first 3 seasons were topnotch. The last ones had similar story lines and hence seemed repetitive to me.
