Can C # and vbs (VBscript) communicate with each other (TCP / IP)?
I wonder if communication (TCP / IP) is possible like VBS worm tool.
If communication is possible, please let me know how.

Yes, TCP is a socket transfer protocol, it is universal. The only thing that could be different on the two ends is the endianess of the bytes.

I don't know if VBS has any library with sockets, but to answer your question; yes.
