MY solo/duo mmr is plat 1, why do i get placed with bronze and silvers in draft queue? Is there a separate mmr for solo/duo and draft..?

Yes there's a separate MMR.

This usually happens when you used to be an average player before playing ranked and haven't played normals since you've improved
If you win many games in a row, your mmr will increase rapidly
