Admins do not get involved in scam reports unless the other person admits it. Also you can't open a scam report unless you have a contract.

why would anyone ever admit they scammed.
he got banned on mpgh too aka destney, daniel morey, saduteary - serial scammer rat desperate for $5. google his aliases.
i guess if he dont get banned at least this thread will be a warning to others.

There have been people who were smug about it on the scam report and have been banned. People are weird.
