I am looking for an instagram mass account creator
and an instagram tool where you can upload a txt file of instagram logins to do tasks such as mass follow, like,
and maybe even DM?
Can anyone point me in the proper direction, thanks.

The sellers in the threads you linked are still active on HF, maybe you could try sending them a PM first, asking if their program still works and/or if they have any other alternative programs they can recommend.
I might be interested in a program like this too.
